counterclaim Engages in Pilot Project With Navajo Nation
EUGENE, OREGON – August 15, 2001 - counterclaim announced today the agreement between the Navajo Nation and counterclaim to provide a case management system to a court in Ramah, New Mexico as the first phase of a pilot project. “This is an exciting opportunity to work with the largest tribal court in the nation, having fourteen courts and covering four states. We are excited to be working with such a prestigious tribe. Tribal courts continue to be an underserved market, and we plan to do our best to fill the needs of the courts." The pilot project is expected to continue through 2002.
