Mitchel W. Davis - Board Member Mr. Davis has significant experience in the technology sector. Prior to his current position of Chief Information Officer/Associate Dean for Stanford Law School, Mitch was the Director of Information Technology at the University of Oregon School of Law. Previous to the University of Oregon, Mitch was a partner at Tensa Consulting. Mitch is also chairman of the board of directors for NetCorps. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and relationships which will help propel Counterclaim to the forefront of electronic filing.
