Online traffic violation processing allows people to pay traffic fines online using a credit card. For the user, it means convenience; no trips to traffic court or waiting in line, and the opportunity to pay for tickets up until the last day before a late fee is assessed. Convenience for the user translates into higher revenues for courts. Studies have shown that drivers are more willing to pay their tickets if the way to do it is quick and efficient.
