About counterclaim

All information collected as a result of your acccout with counterclaim will be controlled by counterclaim.com, Inc., an Oregon corporation. We do not give, sell, rent, share, or trade any identifiable personal information regarding our members to any third party, with the exception of third parties who are authorized by you to provide Web site viewing and other services, and who are strictly prohibited from later use of the information that they may have access to. Information We Collect On Our Online Registration Form

We require you to provide us with your full name, social security number, bar number, birthdate, full street address, email address and a password. We will process this information so that we may identify you if you ever lose your password, administer your membership, communicate news & information, provide services to you and enable you to take advantage of other member benefits.
